Auto Enhance improves a single photo: a phone snap, or a photo without brackets. It brightens the room, cleans up colour casts and sharpens detail. The view through the windows is kept as it was captured.
Steps
- On the Photos tab, select a photo and click Photo Edit, or hover the photo and click its Photo Edit button.
- On the AI Edit tab, turn on Auto Enhance.
- For interiors, choose: - Style: Natural (default) or Bright & Airy. - Color cast: Auto (default) removes yellow or blue casts so white walls read white while painted walls, wood and fabrics keep their colour. As captured keeps the colour as it is. Neutral makes every white and off-white surface clean white, and may lighten beige or tan paint.
- Pick an Output resolution: 1K (preview, fastest) or 4K (print quality).
- Click Run AI edit. It usually takes 30–60 seconds.
The result is saved as a new version. The original is still there.
Auto Enhance runs on its own
While Auto Enhance is on, other AI edits are paused. Run Auto Enhance first, then run other edits on the enhanced version.
On exteriors, you can add a Sky replacement (Original, Clear or Natural) in the same run.
"Already well exposed"
If an exterior is already bright enough, Auto Enhance is greyed out with "Already well exposed — nothing to enhance". Use Sky replacement if you want a new sky.
Auto Enhance or HDR merge?
- One photo per view: use Auto Enhance.
- Several exposures of each view (brackets): use HDR merge. It recovers more detail in windows and shadows.
