Create a project

Start a project from the property address, optionally importing the photos already on the public listing.

A project holds everything for one property. Start one for each listing.

Steps

  1. On the Projects page, click New project.
  2. Type the Property address. Suggestions appear as you type. The address is optional, but it fills in the project name for you and lets CasaVivid look up the listing.
  3. Check the Project name. It's filled in from the address, and you can change it. A name is required, and each of your projects needs a different one.
  4. Optional: turn on Import listing photos from the web to bring in the photos already on the public listing. See Import listing photos.
  5. Click Create. You go straight into the new project.

The first time you add photos, CasaVivid asks you to confirm you have the rights to use them. Tick the box and click Confirm & continue.

Managing projects

  • Rename or Archive a project from its menu on the Projects page.
  • Archived projects are hidden from the list. Switch the list to archived to find them and restore one at any time.
  • The cards at the top of the Projects page count your projects, images, HDR merges, AI edits, staged rooms, videos and storage used.
