When a room is photographed from two or more angles, staging each photo separately gives different furniture in each one. Multi-angle Staging carries the furniture from one photo into another angle of the same room.
You need two photos of the same room:
- a furnished photo: a staged result, or a real furnished photo;
- an empty photo of the room from another angle.
Steps
- Stage the first angle with Virtual staging, or use a real furnished photo.
- On the Photos tab, select the furnished photo and the empty photo, and click Multi-angle Staging. You can also select just one and add the other on the next page with Add photo.
- Check the roles. Each photo is marked Furnished or Empty, and a staged photo is chosen as the furnished one automatically. To swap them, click Use as furnished.
- Pick the furniture. Under 1 · Furnished photo — pick the furniture, click pieces on the photo or in the list. Red pieces are carried over. Select all picks everything except fixtures.
- Click Stage photo.
Only pick what the second camera can see
Anything you pick is placed in the empty photo, even if that camera couldn't see it, and it often ends up in front of a door or fireplace. If the sofa is behind the second camera, leave it out.
Choosing a result
Each run gives you 5 options. Each card shows Option 1 · match 92% (for example) and a Save button.
- Look through the options and compare the furniture with your furnished photo.
- Click Save on the one you want. It's added to the Photos tab.
- Click Done to go back to the project.
Options aren't saved until you click Save.
- Options marked Check structure may have changed the room. Look closely before saving.
- Options that redrew the furnished photo's camera angle instead of the empty one are hidden behind Show 1 option that copied the furnished camera. If every option did this, try again with fewer pieces.
More angles
Run it again for each additional angle, using the same furnished photo, so all angles match.
