CasaVivid overview

What CasaVivid does and the usual path from uploaded photos to a finished, shareable listing.

CasaVivid turns listing photos into finished marketing images. Use photos you shot yourself on a phone or camera, or the edited photos your photographer delivered. Everything for one property lives in a project: the photos, every edited version, staged rooms, tour videos and the share link.

The usual workflow

  1. Create a project for the listing, starting from the property address. See Create a project.
  2. Add photos: drag them in, pick them from Dropbox, or import the photos already on the public listing. See Upload photos.
  3. Merge brackets if you shot bracketed exposures on a camera or iPhone. CasaVivid groups them for you. See HDR merge.
  4. Improve single photos with Auto Enhance, sky replacement, lawn repair, object removal and more in Photo Edit. See Photo Edit.
  5. Stage empty rooms with Virtual Staging, and carry the same furniture into other angles of the room with Multi-angle Staging. See Virtual staging.
  6. Make a tour video from 360° panoramas. See 360° tour video.
  7. Share or download. Send one link to your client or download a ZIP for the MLS. See Share links and Download photos.

Where things are in a project

A project page has five tabs:

TabWhat's in it
HDR-BracketsBracketed camera shots, grouped into sets, with Merge buttons
PhotosSingle photos and every finished result: HDR merges, edits, staged rooms
3D photos360° panoramas for tour videos
ToursTour videos you've generated
All PhotosPhotos and 3D photos together

To use a tool, select a photo on the Photos tab and pick a tool from the bar at the bottom of the page: Virtual Staging, Multi-angle Staging or Photo Edit. Hover any photo for quick buttons: View, Photo Edit, Virtual Stage, Upscale, Delete and Download.

Nothing is overwritten

Every edit is saved as a new version of the photo. The original and every earlier version stay available, so you can always go back. See Photo Edit. The one exception is Upscale, which replaces the photo.
