A few RAW modes can't be read yet. CasaVivid checks your files before uploading them and tells you which ones are affected, so nothing uploads half-way.
Nikon: "Nikon High Efficiency RAW isn't supported"
Affects Nikon cameras shooting High Efficiency RAW, such as the Z8, Z9, Zf and Z6 III.
- Fix for next time: in the camera menu, set Image quality to RAW (Lossless compressed).
- For this shoot: export JPEGs from Nikon NX Studio or Lightroom and upload those.
Sony: "This Sony compressed RAW mode isn't supported"
Affects some compressed RAW modes on newer Sony cameras.
- Fix for next time: set RAW file type to Lossless Compressed or Uncompressed in the camera.
- For this shoot: upload JPEGs.
"This RAW format isn't supported"
Upload JPEGs, or shoot lossless or uncompressed RAW next time.
Uploading JPEGs from a bracketed shoot
Export every exposure of each bracket as a JPEG, with the camera details (EXIF) kept, so CasaVivid can still group them into brackets. Upload them together.
See Supported files and cameras for the full list of formats.
