Previews are free, so you can check every result before you spend credits. These are the short rules; the full wording is in our Terms of Service.
How long credits last

Credits that expire soonest are used first. They can't be cashed out or moved to another account, and they are lost if you delete your account.
Refunds
- Changed your mind? Within 7 days of buying a pack, we'll refund the credits from that pack you haven't used.
- Removing a watermark is final. Credits spent removing a watermark aren't refunded, so check the watermarked version first; you can download it for free. Downloading the same photo again is always free.
- Something went wrong on our side? If you were charged twice for the same photo, or a photo you paid for failed or is unusable, tell us within 30 days and we'll give the credits back.
To ask for a refund, contact us from your account email and include the date of the purchase or download. Your credit history shows both.
Disputing a charge
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a charge is disputed, the credits from that purchase are removed until it's resolved.
