A share link lets anyone view and download the project's finished photos and tour videos in their browser, without signing up. Each project has one link.
Create a link
- Open the project and click Share.
- Click Create link.
- Under What clients see, choose what to include: - HDR photos: merged HDR results. - AI edits & staging: enhanced, edited, upscaled and staged photos. - Single photos: JPEG and PNG photos you uploaded or imported (never RAW). - Videos: tour videos.
- Click Copy and send the link.
All four are on by default, and at least one must stay on. RAW files, 360° panoramas, brackets and archived items are never shared.
The project shows a green Shared tag while the link is on. The Share window shows how many views and downloads the link has had, and when it was last viewed.
Keep a photo off the link
Archive (delete) the photo. Archived photos disappear from the link straight away.
What your client sees
- The project name, a count of photos and videos, and a grid of photos.
- Click a photo to see it full screen. Arrow keys move between photos.
- Videos play on the page, each with a Download button.
- Download at the top downloads a ZIP: all photos, or just HDR merges, generated photos or single photos.
- Staged and AI-edited photos can be downloaded with a Virtually Staged or Digitally Altered label. See Disclosure labels.
Turn the link off
- Stop sharing turns the link off. The page and its downloads stop working, although a photo your client already opened may stay viewable for a while. Turn sharing back on to restore the same link.
- Reset link creates a new link. The old one stops working for good. Use this if the link went to the wrong person.
