If your photographer delivers through Dropbox, you can bring the files straight into a project.
Steps
- Open the project.
- Click the Dropbox tile next to the upload bar.
- Sign in to Dropbox if asked, then select the files in the Dropbox window. You can select many files at once. Folders can't be selected, so open the folder and select the files inside it.
- Click Choose. You'll see Importing from Dropbox… while the files transfer, then Imported 24 files from Dropbox (with your count).
What you can import
- JPG, PNG and RAW files. HEIC and WebP files aren't offered in the Dropbox picker, so upload those from your computer.
- Up to 100 files per import and 100 MB per file, the same as uploading from your computer.
If some files fail
- "Files are not supported" lists the files and the reason, for example an unsupported RAW mode. See Camera or RAW file not supported.
- "Files could not be imported" usually means a network interruption. Import those files again.
